These terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the site.

A separate written agreement is required before any AI Employee, implementation, or paid service is provided. Nothing on this website creates that agreement.

Informational purpose

The content on this website is provided for general information about Futura Vive, AI Employees, and related ideas. It is not advice, a binding offer, or a guarantee of results.

Examples, conversations, role descriptions, and industry scenarios are illustrative. They show what an AI Employee could do; they do not promise a specific outcome for your business.

Permitted use

You may browse the site, share public links, and contact us about a demo or about your business needs, provided you do so lawfully and in good faith.

Prohibited use

You must not:

• Use the site in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems, or other users’ data.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the site.
• Copy, scrape, or reuse the site’s content or branding at scale without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with Futura Vive or Ecomup UK.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, and software are owned by Ecomup UK or its licensors. All rights that are not expressly granted remain reserved.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the site’s materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution or uses permitted by law.

Futura Vive branding

Futura Vive is a commercial brand operated by Ecomup UK. The name, wordmarks, and visual identity of Futura Vive and AI Employees may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership, or authorship without our prior written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or mention third-party tools. Those links and names are provided for convenience or illustration. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

AI demos and examples

Interactive examples, sample conversations, and role demonstrations on this website are previews. They may be simulated, limited, or incomplete. They are not a live AI Employee working inside your systems unless we have separately agreed that with you.

Do not treat demo output as professional, legal, financial, or operational advice.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend, or withdraw parts of the site at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ecomup UK and the Futura Vive brand are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its informational content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction: [GOVERNING LAW TO BE CONFIRMED].

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
